Want to be a leader in Nerdfighteria? IRL or in your hometown? This interactive leadership workshop will walk through the basics of creating safe, inclusive, and appropriate community spaces for your organization or club, whether IRL or virtual. From setting community expectations, to working through challenging situations, to dealing with abuse in a community, we'll discuss how to maintain standards and expectations for everyone. Whether you are looking to lead a brand new group or take on a leadership role in a group that’s been together for years, this workshop will give you the chance to learn new skills and challenge your own perceptions. Be ready to participate!
